When will I receive order?
Note that your order status may take up to 48 hours to update after your order has been placed and up to 72 during the weekend. During national and religious holidays, please allow for an additional delay.
Do you have international Shipping?
We currently only offer shipping services within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For our valued international customers, we hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.

Return Question
Can I make a return?
Returns, exchanges and refunds will only be accepted when the product/s conserve their original packaging (unbroken plastic seal of the box, samples, accessories that are not engraved/personalized, instructions, etc.). Returns must enclose a copy of the purchase invoice.
